Founded in 1901 by Hans Grohe in Schiltach, Germany, the hansgrohe brand entered the market by launching products made of various metals. Grohe, the founder of the brand, who broke new ground by producing a copper shower system, continued his innovations even at the age of 82 and broke another ground by producing an adjustable hand shower. Although it is a design we are used to seeing today, this revolutionary design in 1953 made innovation a part of the Hansgrohe DNA.
